Not financial advice
BTC Exposure is an educational tool. Nothing on this site is investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. Do your own research. Consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
Data accuracy
Price and metric data is sourced from third-party APIs (CoinGecko, Yahoo Finance, Coinbase). It may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. Don't trade on it without verifying against your broker or another authoritative source.
Strategy (MSTR) fundamentals — BTC holdings, share counts, preferreds, debt — may lag real-time reality. The site auto-updates BTC holdings from CoinGecko when available; other values may be manually set and stale. Verify against the latest 8-K / 10-Q for material decisions.
Forward-looking models
The site includes long-term price projection models (Power Law, ARK Big Ideas, Bitwise LTCM, VanEck 2050) and a halving-cycle overlay. These are illustrative projections, not predictions. Past patterns are not guarantees of future returns. Bitcoin and equity prices are volatile and can fall by 80% or more.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall the operators of this site be liable for any damages arising out of the use of (or inability to use) the service, including but not limited to investment losses, lost profits, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Affiliate disclosure
This site may include affiliate links (for example, to hardware wallet manufacturers). When you click an affiliate link and make a qualifying purchase, the site may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you. We only link to products we'd recommend independently.
